So versatile, nurturing and easy to do!. Today I completed a wonderful class hosted by Katherine on the blue light filter and it’s uses. Although I have done this process many times before and also with Katherine and in her workshops, I still manage to always learn something more about this powerful protective energy. I found that by focusing on just this one aspect of healing in the class, I learned much more about this energetic, nurturing, protective, loving and powerful God energy. I continue to be amazed at how versatile and easy these processes are and am always truly thankful that Katherine continues to inspire and empower us through her words, classes, love and friendship. Exceptional Training. I learned more in 15 minutes in this class than I had from the original person who taught me about the Blue Light Filter. I came into the class already aware of what the Blue Light Filter was, and had used it personally before. However, what I learned from this class took it exponentially beyond what I already knew. Now I know how to use it in my daily life.

In this busy world we are often in a state of stress and isolation. We can feel trapped and alone, and sometimes we are cut off from social networks by the nature of our jobs and family situations. It is at these times that we need to know how we might cope with difficult feelings and find a constructive way to help ourselves to release the stress and feelings of loneliness. In this session I will discuss the ways in which you might cope with stress and help you to understand possible self-esteem difficulties caused by isolation. The session will involve a breathing meditation to release stress.
