Great class. Thank you! . The class was centering, relaxing and created a focus on intention. I will definitely be back next week! Thank you for offering this in a format that also allows delayed viewing. I took the class later in the evening once I was home from work.

Very good. I did not "attend" the class live as I was working at the time. I did review the class and was impressed at how Laura identified with each person as they "arrived" at class. She did a wonderful job of talking through everything and modeling positions. As of yet I have not actually gone through the entire class but I am really looking forward to beginning.

YFS. Having surgery 4 days ago and unable to dress or drive made me realize how important the Learn it Live format is for this class in particular. To have someone like Laura who is so knowledgable about the healing process and also knows her audience so well is invaluable. Her presence in my home was the best thing that happened to me all week!

Yoga for Survivors. Laura seemed very comfortable teaching in this format. She maintained a personal connections to the students and a good flow to the class. As for me, I need some more experience with the technology. Good class, though!
