So many people are overwhelmed these days, so it's refreshing to bring another way to look at that concept. During F.A.M.E., I reviewed some mindset concepts to help shift my students from overwhelmed to abundance. I absolutely LOVE teaching this mindset stuff. It's so transformative. After taking a class from me, the stories my students tell me of their experience fills my heart with joy.
