Rachel has included an excellent range of support materials, that can be immediately understood and used, regardless of whether a person has previously worked with the Violet Flame or not. Rachel's work here is really cutting edge as she is channeling the materials from Lady Sarah herself. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to study and learn from such an accessible and talented teacher.
